Our Story
After decades in both the restaurant and customer service industries, Jonathan and lifelong friends Dan and Thuan banded together to make Taste of Tokyo a destination for people who want to experience dining with great service.
Brimming with the creative genius of our itamae (our head sushi chef with 10+ years of experience crafting authentic Japanese dishes), a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and a dedication to high-quality customer service, Jonathan and his team are bringing personalization back to modern dining.
